The Simple Avocado and Tomato Salad for Your Diet Program



As we all know both of avocado and tomato are a good vegetable and we will combine it to make avocado and tomato salad. The avocado is the best source of unsaturated fat from fruit and contains many benefits for our body. Besides that, a tomato is also high in vitamin and also helps us to make a good immune system. The avocado that contains high protein will make you feel full for a long time and absolutely healthy for a side dish.

If you don’t like the taste of sour and plain of them, you will add some additional spices like salt, olive oil, lime juice and if you like a spicy taste, you will add red pepper flakes on it. Ingredients of the making of avocado and tomato salad
1.      Prepare 2 cups chopped tomatoes (chop it about 1/2 inch and you will use any type of tomatoes based on your favorite choice)
2.      2 ripe avocados, cut into cubes shapes
3.      Slice the 1/4 small red onion
4.      Mince 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley
5.      1 lime, take the juice of the fruit
6.      2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
7.      1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
8.      Black pepper and salt to give some taste on the avocado and tomato salad

Additional ingredients (optional, you will add it or not )     
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup of black beans
  • 1/2 cup of feta or mozzarella (cut into cubes shape )
Instructions
1.      Put the tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro in a big salad bowl
2.      Drizzle all of the ingredients with lime juice, olive oil, pepper flakes or pepper to make spicy and salt to give taste.
3.      Toss it with gently
4.      You will serve soon or cover it with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
