1.    1 lb boneless, skinless, and thighs chicken then sliced into thinner stripes
2.    1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed and cut them all in half
3.    1/3 cup of sun-dried tomatoes and julienned so it drains most of the oil
4.    2 tablespoons olive oil is taken from the sun-dried tomato jar
5.    Salt
6.    Paprika

Cooking directions

First, chop your sun-dried tomatoes. Chop into smaller bites and then divide into two parts. Then heat half of the chopped sun-dried tomatoes with olive oil in a large skillet. Use medium heat.
