There are at least 8 ingredients to make this food. First that you need to prepare is 2 cups poached chicken finely diced, 1 medium avocado (you can use any kind of avocado, but Hass Avocado is recommended) and mashed it, then 1/3 cup of finely diced celery.

The last ingredients are 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. If you don’t have lemon juice, replace it with lime juice.
